Patrick Waters

Patrick Waters of Heartland Law Office PC is a highly educated attorney with 17 years of criminal and civil law courtroom experience. He is a proud member of the Bismarck-Mandan community. Prior to opening his own private law practice, he served as a defense attorney and prosecutor for the state of North Dakota.

During his time as a defense attorney, he managed more than 2,000 cases from intake to deposition. These cases included both violent and non-violent felony and misdemeanor charges.

As a prosecutor, Patrick’s focus was on serious personal crimes, many of which involved significant consequences for a defendant who was ultimately convicted. With his strong background and experience, he opened Heartland Law Office to serve those needing his legal assistance the most.
